• Cancellations: You can request a cancellation within 24 hours after placing your order. However, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed and shipped by our vendors.
• Perishable Items: Please note that cancellation requests for perishable items (e.g., flowers, food) cannot be accepted unless the delivered product quality is unsatisfactory. In such cases, a refund or replacement may be offered upon verification.
• Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receipt.
• Product Not as Expected: If the received product does not match the site description or your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receiving it. Our team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 9-15 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

T-shirt: Quantity will be based on your selection.

Care of the T-shirt:

• Machine wash cold: Helps maintain color and prevents shrinkage.
• Wash inside out: Protects the printed design during washing.
• Use mild detergent: Avoid harsh chemicals or bleach.
• Tumble dry low or hang to dry: Prevents shrinkage and cracking of the print. Air drying is recommended.
• Do not iron directly on the print: If ironing is needed, turn the T-shirt inside out and use a low setting.
• Avoid dry cleaning: Harsh chemicals can damage the fabric and print.
